    Sauren and I had a meeting in which we decided that I was making good progress in my business but there were areas that I needed to improve. Therefore, we decided to schedule 4 weeks coaching touching base for an hours zoom call every week. Each week I was given total freedom to identify myself what I needed support on. Over 4 weeks Sauren helped me focus on my services, the retainer model I was using, planning and my confidence. Not only is Sauren knowledgeable but he is personable and supportive.     Sauren has a big picture understanding of things as well as an ability to see the detail in the work he is involved on. He is able to see the steps that need to be taken in any process and is also self aware so he can see how others may view things from a different perspective or personality type than his own. Sauren is also a very warm hearted person and generous with his time, courteous in his dealings with people which ensures people feel comfortable with him.
